Decent clean hotel with clean sheets and towel. Room slightly small when the sofa bed was set up, not enough space to put luggage wide open. 15 mins wall from haymarket train station.

Chambre poussiéreuse, prise électrique qui se déboîte, VMC très bruyante et manque de passage dans la chambre leur de notre absence. Lorsque l’on sait combien on paye pour « aller au Mercure », cela me semble inadmissible que les chambres soient aussi peu entretenues. Je suis déçu car cette chaîne repose sur un minimum de gage de qualité.

It's an amazing hotel, slightly off the center but still very walkable to the main attractions. Actualky because of that, it's much quieter and crowded. Great breakfast options, basic but clean room. Helpful and warm staff. Great value for money!

Lovely modern decor and nice clean room overlooking nice garden. TV, iron and ironing board Beds comfy but creaky, toilet seat loose and door not locking properly, will report findings to hotel Would recommend and stay again.

因為睡眠問題，2個人訂了2張床，前台卻給了位於地下室衹有一張床的房間，上去溝通的時候，他態度很不好的堅持衹願意給我們一張床的房間，直到我們再次出示購買憑證，她才同意按訂單從新安排房間。體驗感很差，嚴重影響遊玩心情。

We didn't have any of the food but the room was comfortable and the location was good for us 😊 it's a nice part of town. 20min walk to the centre through a park which was not a problem for us. Lots of eateries around. The gym was okay but basic. The TV couldn't connect to our Airplay which was a bit disappointing. Front of house staff very friendly and helpful 😊

前台和餐廳服務態度多數比較好，早餐麵包烤的不錯。接待員禮貌職業的微笑。房間衞生打掃不敢恭維，被子很臭，猜測是不是沒有換被罩，房間茶品，瓶裝水有些打掃人員不會主動補充。向一個打掃的年齡大一些的白皮膚***要補充茶包，補充回來裡面加雜著噁心的垃圾，我衹能認為她是眼神不好沒注意吧。噁心死了，果斷決定退房，換地方住。

الموقع ممتاز منطقة هادئة، الفطور غير متنوع. من العيوب؛ صغر مساحه الغرف حيث لايوجد مكان للشنط كذلك عدم وجود خزانه ملابس ولا ارفف للاستخدام. مغسله الحمام لاتصرف المياه كذلك وجود الكثير من الاتربه على الستائر
